I usually fall asleep around 11:30 and wake up around 7. I'm usually not tired during the day, maybe you should try this.

Ok then, go to sleep at 10:30 and wake up at 8! Or tweak your sleeping schedule as necessary.

Coffee in the morning, coffee in the afternoon and coffee at night.. that's my motto!
Seriously I drink coffee in the morning then around 3pm and on my way home from work at 6pm I get coffee. If I didn't I'd be dead by 7pm!! And yes it is like crack....

I don't actually wake up until around 4:30 or so in the afternoon. Until then I just move like so many other White Collar Zombies.

Same here, I'll drink coffee anytime of day. I sometimes go to Starbucks right before closing time: 8PM.

Oh so it wasn't her that kept you up
For about 3 years I watched my nephews (one being a newborn) almost every day including spending the night at their house (their parents had crazy shifts) and I just remember that when one would get sick... man there was NO sleep that night!

I rarely have had those nights. If she is sick, she usually sleeps a lot.

You are lucky man then! One night I called my mom over because the baby (he was only about 4 months at the time) would not stop crying. Not for a second!!
