only rule is you can't make fun of people.

I am afraid of exploding teeth... yes teeth that explode.

Think of a glass jar. when it is hot it starts to melt but if you cool it to fast it will burst.
Now say you ate really cold ice cream, then drank really hot chocolate and BAM
exploding teeth

Failure

Losing who I love

I can't see my life with out my wife it scare me that something might happen to her

Clowns

I mean why the hell are they so happy?

Bunnies
look at thoes hoppy legs and beady red eyes.

Let's see...

Something might go wrong during a procedure (colonoscopy, iv, such like that)

That i might need to go under the knife soon

If my UC evolves into cancer

If i need to spend another year on chemo (it's ruining my life and destroying 1/2 my week)

Um... that's about it
Let's see... 12 days til colonoscopy (appt got moved :D )
No school today :D

^ I love that.

-Dumb ass drivers
-Painfully getting stuck upsidown on a flat ride. Especially me being tall its already painful being upsidown for a second or two. I can not imagine 2-3 hours.
-Getting my car broken into in Milwaukee

My main ones are

Heights (can do any coaster, but standing by the railing at the Superman station and I'm done)
Drunk drivers
Not being able to find public transportation stops in Chicago
Going years without coasters again (dead serious on this, it has given me something to be passionate about besides family)
Not being able to find work again (college degree and 18 months without full time work)

If I may help to quell your fears, teeth and glass are made of two entirely different substances. Glass can shatter due to heat changes, but your teeth cannot. It's physically impossible. Unless you ate really cold ice cream then bit into a hot cinder block, you'd be fine.

Anyway, hypodermic needles give me horrid anxiety attacks. That leads to much embarrassment at hospitals :(

Hypodermic needles. I have always been afraid of them, and I had a bad experience at the hospital one time. Basically, they were trying to find a vein for an IV, but the couldn't get it right and were stabbing me with needles for about 15 min. At that point, my dad threw the doctors out of the room. I was about 8 at the time.

Also, on the topic of someone who said they are afraid of IVs: From the same hospital stay (I was in for about a month), I had an IV in my hand. The vein either broke or the needle slipped out of the opening and started to flood my hand with the fluid. After a short time, my hand was swollen to 2 or 3 times the size it should be.

As for the rest of my fears:
Shrapnel from cars that blow up at the races I go to
bad and drunk drivers
doomsday. I don't believe in it, but there's that little voice that keeps saying, "What if?"

Wow, JForce. Pretty much the exact same thing happened to me with the IV stabbing, except I was 4 years old.

spiders, bad grades on tests, not losing the weight I want to lose before my sister's wedding, and dying at a young age because of how much I weigh.

Your know what helps with weight loss? No bread. No processed foods. Drink water when you are hungry and searching for food. Or grab an apple or banana. These help curb your hunger so you stay off the bad carbs. Don't even pass by the cookie/chip/ice cream aisle. Drinking water more than anything else helped my friend lose 15 pounds in less than 4 months. Alcohol also is loaded in sugar. As are some of those "healthy" cereals.

I know that, I'm trying to really cut back on pop. I have been drinking a lot more water then I used to. I need to cut back on ice cream, chips, pop, and focus more on veggies and fruits. Im picky about fruits though, I love Strawberries im not too keen on apples though unless the skin was peeled off them, I hate bananas do not like the taste of them. I like green beans and such but yeah im picky about that. Im trying to get rid of all the bad food I used to eat when I was younger.

There are these different types of colon cleanses you can do to help rid your body of built-up waste inside your system which clog up your colon and prevent you from losing weight efficiently. There are a lot out there. People tell me the more they look on the ingredients of foods the better they shop and keep their weight in line. 10+ ingredients? Not a good idea. Filled with artificial ingredients and preservatives. Buying bread means looking for bread with 3-4 basic ingredients like flour, yeast, salt, water, etc.

^You can start cutting out stuff you think is bad, but the problem with that philosophy is that you might binge on that stuff. My philosophy is about counting calories. I'm still going to eat candy canes, potato chips, a Twix bar, popcorn (the bad evil stuff), but I'm not going to eat tons, and tons of it.

Someone taught people to eat 3 meals a day, and than they added extra things known as desserts, and snacks. I say skip a meal, and make that meal a dessert, or a snack if you want a Twix bar, or popcorn. If you are eating at a restaurant (Let's say Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Lone Star, or Applebee's), they are giving you probably about 2 meals there alone without the dessert, or appetizer. That would be about 4 meals a day with the extras.

The less calories you eat, the less you have to exercise. A lot of people eat a lot, and than they feel they need to exercise to get rid of it. Opposite of that would be to eat less, and don't exercise that much. Eating food you don't like just because it's low in calories is torture to me, and exercising for long periods of time is even more torture. No wonder why people get off their diets all the time.

I couldn't survive without bread. Pizza's my favorite food. Good luck.
