I'm curious to know how some of you picked your usernames. I noticed that a lot of people have numbers in their names. Do these mean anything (birthdate, day joined, or anything else)?
Hopefully, my name is obvious considering that I like Deja Vu. I know some are obvious such as SFGA Bob, and SixFlagsChick, but some are not like dmrbug, and batman1150. Batman makes sense, but what does 1150 mean (1150 am)?

well for me, I named myself after the amount of coasters at SFGAm. Now I'm out of date. As for the -2 part, that was my second name after I de-activated my account.
Kiwigoodkid: Kiwi (what natives of new zealand are called) Good (last name) Kid (had to finish it up with somthing nice. Kiwigoodkid got banned cause he didnt respect the rules of the forum, but now a new Screen name has arisin
Shockwave8802 (that one is self explanatory 88 opening year 02 closing year)
Was stupid, got banned. Created a new name and admited I was a person who got banned....so I got banned again.
Actually the name of the conference my school is a part of for sports is the Woodland conference. I registered for a forum about Woodland conference basketball during Freshman year and just used w00dland. Now I use w00dland for all forum's, Counter-Strike, and x-box live.

DejaVu the Ride 2 is NOT affiliated in any way with DejaVu The Ride. I got my name because I wanted to be part of this forum and all of a sudden, the guy who posted befor me made an April fools day joke, so coasterdude made a post about how when he left, he deactivated his account, and then came back as coasterdude12-2. He also made a point to mark me as DejaVu the Ride 2 because of this.
Since it was requested. MrBug was a nickname given to me over 15 years ago. I was really into alpha and beta testing softwares and games. People would always come to me to find out all "the bugs" you could do in games and of course I knew them all. I then started to notice more and more Mrbugs appearing on the net. It started to get hard to get Mrbug at some sites I was registering for. I added the D to the from for my first name (Dan) and I have been dmrbug ever since.
used it first on coasterbuzz. SFGA to note my homepark and Bob be my name. I only use it for coaster/park related sites which is a total of two so far.
I don't have a detonator; its on a timer.
A countdown timer?
No, a count-up timer. It goes from one to explode.
These are very interesting. Please keep them coming. It's funny that I thought the name w00dland meant you liked wooden rollercoasters. Silly me. I not saying you don't, but the meaning is very different than I thought. Punkbunny, do the numbers 24242 mean anything, or did you just type any old numbers? You can do what you wish. I'm just asking.

For me:
CoasterDude = Old store outside of Shockwave (made this name when shockwave was still there)
316 = Austin 316 just whooped your a$$
Made the name originally for Coasterbuzz, but have used it at any other coaster site I post at. Now that I have the name, I sort of regret not making it CoasterDave316.
The number 24 is my lucky/favorite numer so when I setup my AOL screen name for the 1st time over 10 years ago I tried to get Punkbunny24 but someone had that name already so Punkbunny24242 was all they had available. Man I know some people tha change their e-mail and screen names 2 or 3 times a year and I've had the someone for over 10 years!
This is quite an interesting topic. I like reading these.
Aero - I was attending ground school for pilots school at the time.
737 - Boeing 737, which was my favorite plane.
Its stuck since then. I guess its somewhat outdated since my Interist in the aviation industry has since passed. 737 is my favorite number now, however.
No, But I know you do Coasterdude12-2 Your other is very similar to yours and it was created just a few days ago. It might look similar to another members name as well.
