Sprinting to rides at SFGAm is child's play. Try doing a race for "X" at SFMM and let me know how winded you were when you got there.
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.

Did it in 2004, and I was more winded when I tried the "hill of death"

Actually I sprinted all the way to that bridge, then just kind of jogged the rest of the way to the ride.

I cant believe all of you people running to V2
too bad it wont open

I, on the other hand, will be running to a possible of 4 destinations:
1. Raging Bull
2. Batman: The Ride
3. Deja Vu (if it is projected to open)
4. the one and only...you can figure it out

^Well its not like V2 is the only coaster in the park. If its not open, then who cares. I just run to another coaster like Vu, BTR or Bull.

There is no way you can outlook a rides up or down time 5 months before park opening. I don't care what "hookups" you may or may not have. I think all rides will open on opening day. But that, of course, is just my personal opinion.

I agree, every ride should be open including V2.

I sat down and planned out several routes incase of closures and crowdedness, I will release this plan on later date. I will tell you that my first choices, if at the front of the pack in time will be Deja Vu, then Raging Bull.

^How much of a plan could you actually have. If a ride will be closed, the sign will say so. Go to your next choice. Heres my backup list in case V2 and other rides are closed.

1. V2
2. BTR
3. Vu
4. Bull
5. Demon

I will arrive at the gates as far right as possible, and run past Carousel Plaza and into Hometown Square. If I am near the lead, I will sprint to Déjà Vu, if I am not near the front by the turn by Orbit, I will turn off into Southwest Territory and run to Raging Bull. If I don’t get Déjà Vu, I will head to the Demon, then American Eagle, and if I miss Raging Bull, I will pull a U-turn and run to Viper.
Barring Déjà Vu is closed, my plan changes. I then sprint through Carousel Plaza and depending on the side I end up on, a) Head to Batman, if I miss that V2, then Iron Wolf. –or- b) Run to Déjà Vu, if missed go to Raging Bull, then Viper.
In conclusion, my plan includes spur of the moment changes and lightning quick speed. I am capable of both; don’t try to track me or beat me because I will win, and I will laugh at you as I ride up the lift hill in the front row.

What time do you usually get to sfgam? Im guessing very early.

I have to get my season pass which takes I dont know how long since I never had one before. That will be a long line unless I get there early.

You do know how long these changes cut off your running time right?

Making a change midway is gunna slow you down, and the more turns and U-Turns you do are just going to give the sprinters, like myself, and extra advantage. Considering stopping and switching direction cuts a good second and a half off your time and then if your not a good sprinter, acceleration time.

This isn't foolproof because you'll be racing Me, t-w-i-t-c-h-e-s, and w00dland. See ya in second row buddy.

FRD, don't tell me your backing out...

All I gotta say is the fastest way from point A to point B is the straitest line possible.
