I still enjoy watching skateboarding.. I do agree that it has become nothing more then a marketing hubbub. My brother was really into skateboarding when he was 15-16 and we went to a bunch of skateboading competions all over the states of IL, IN and WI and we met Tony Hawk when he was a teenager and he was awesome back then too. Actually I think my brother is older then him so Tony was probably only 12-13 at the time. We have pictures somewhere here.
