Here is how NIU does it at 4:30 am.
First you put the dry Raman block into a bowl and add enough gatorade to cover it. We used Berry X Factor Gatorade because its all that my roommate had.
Microwave it yo....
Get some chocolate...yummmm..
Mix it all in...
It will melt like this.
