This movie to me is too dark especially for it being a Disney movie considering what I seen from the trailer. The original Alice in Wonderland movie wasn't so dark. Who is this movie for? Is it for the 16 above ages? Who was the original Alice in Wonderland for? To me, this movie should be more for kids. To me, there was nothing wrong with the original movie and it's portrayal, and they should just copy that for a real life movie. To me, they don't have to change a thing from the original except from cartoon to real life, and people are going to want to see it. Mad Hatter in the original was a goofy guy, but in this movie, he looks evil to me. I'm going to see this movie, but I think it's still out of the character it should be.

This is the trailer after you see a commericial.

It doesnt look like a kids movie but it does look awesome. A lot of the references in the book/movies are for adults (especially since they have heavy drug references) so im all for an adult Alice In Wonderland movie :)

^Agreed. Tim Burton can't do wrong.
Every jumbled pile of person has a thinking part that wonders what the part that isn't thinking, isn't thinking of.

It looks about as dark as the Charlie commercial, which wasn't very dark. I'd say this movie is 7+
