Just wanted to give everyone a heads up, Cirque is in town last week and this week, it's Saltimbanco, and it's at Sears Center in Hoffman Estates. If you go to Goldstar.com and sign up (it's free) you can get tickets for half price from now through the end of it's run. It's $39.50 or $34.50 if you want the further away seats, both of those are plus an $8 service fee. For a Cirque show it's a pretty good price. If you go to Vegas or Disney the shows are well over $100 unless you sit in some really bad seats.
I'm going this thursday. Was looking at the show and they have a hand to hand act, here's a vid, and it's actually the exact same guys in Hoffman Estates. It's pretty amazing what they can do.
