Cave of the Demon is an attraction I set up on my front porch every Halloween since 2004. This year I decided to go nuts and throw out everything I could think of. We enclosed the front porch as much as possible to trap the fog, completely encased it in spider webs, and I had a total of 3 fog machines (4 if you count the one that failed when warming up), multiple red and orange lights, numerous Fiero body panels, a plastic barrel built to look like the storm drain at the entrance to Demon during Fright Fest, sound effects, music, strobe lighting, a few friends in costume scaring people, and much more! I have a video that I need to stitch together this week. Photos do no justice as to how cool it looked on Halloween night. This years CotD got me on the front page of a local newspaper.

Halloween Night

Earlier in the day the fog was so thick that you could not see the junkyard scene except for the Demon eyes. By nighttime the wind had shifted and the fog was moving to the "cave" entrance/exit instead of against the house.
Me and my Creation...

I'm still working on dismantling things, the junkyard and Demon sign are still up but will be down hopefully by tomorrow night.
