I'm stuck at home as well. But I'm most likely going up to Gurnee on Friday so that'll be exciting.

I'm stuck at home all this week, but last week I was at the Wisconsin Dells. I stayed at Mt. Olympus. I'll put a TR up pretty soon...

Mines almost all over :( I went to Starved Rock on Monday, but other than that and seeing a couple movies, mine was kind of boring as well.

Jon, out of the dozens of times I've passed that thing in the car, I never thought of it to be that popular.

I have to wait now before I can get out there to see it because my brakes are almost shot. I still have to get out there soon before they tear it down (do they really need to build another Walgreens there?)

So I was stuck at home all week...

Walgreens is building ANOTHER store here in Bolingbrook! They are buiding it right over a wetland too, which kinda pisses me off. There's now Eight walgreens! I can't believe they'd tear that down just to put in something like that.

Still, there's almost a dozen Starbucks. God I hate our mayor.

^ Apparently you've never been to oh i dont know, DOWNTOWN CHICAGO, where theres a Walgreens pretty much on every street corner.

And I seriously doubt that Walgreens would but a new store on a federally protected wetland.

Nice Try though.

And Props to JonRev, who is going to North Riverside. Congrats!

Haha, yeah, definitely. I can look out my window and count 7 right now  (not even kidding).

As for building on Wetlands, it is a law that if a builder builds over or in a wetlands, they have to double the amount of area they take up. For example, if this Walgreens builds on 3000 sq. ft of wetlands, it has to build 6000 sq. ft. elsewhere or next to it. Therefore, don't get so worried, you'll see a new one pop up after construction (though i doubt they are building over the wetlands, over a retention pond maybe?)

^Either way, that's what will happen. I'm actually doing a project in Lake Villa that has similar restraints with their wetlands (good thing it's only a school project, cause i totally destroyed them :) )
