Every year or so, people sing and discuss about what happended that year. Comedy Central Last Laugh 07 for example. I made a song parody of Jingle Bells called: The Year 2007 which discusses what happended this year.

Up at Kemah Boardwalk

The elder of all coasters here,
Whizzer's what they call me,

Six flags couldn't help ya,
But maybe a new home will.
Excited Vu gets,
To my new home,
I shall go, and wow all over.

Vu's happy and so are the coasters,
For it's the one time of the year,
That they can rest,
Anticipate they will,
A SFGam'er.

A season's pass,
A ticket,
A new friend,
Maybe a Dark Night?

The coasters sit dark,
But hear the faint sound of bells,
'Twas the ultimate coaster,
Santa's sleigh, and eight reindeer.

Hills, drops, and loops,
Banked turns and air-time,
Stations at every home,
An exit that evokes a chimney.

While images of coasters,
Dance through their head,
Ole St. Nick, drops by,
A season's pass for Galvan.

A set of tickets for DeJaVuGurl,
JonRev gets a pass too,
To the rest,
A ticket to Great America.

For soon it will be Christmas,
Soon it will be Opening Day,
All the coasters,
Closed up for care.

All the riders wanting for more,
In hopes that Great America will still be there.
The coasters say yes.
'Cept a forlorn DeJa Vu.

DeJa Vu will live in the hearts,
Of many,
But her new home may be better.

Dark Knight is the gift for you,
A dark ride 'Check,'
A new coaster 'Check,'
A Great experience you shall see!

The SFGAm'ers,
All snuggled in their beds,
While visions of coasters danced,
And flipped in their heads.

In hopes that St. Nick could help DeJa Vu,
He can't,
But, Batman is here to save the day,
The Dark Knight will amaze.
