According to sources (reported by the Chicago Tribune, and others), Thomas Jones, Chicago Bears running back, is being traded to the New York Jets. The Bears would get a 2nd round pick (37th overall) in the NFL draft. The trade has not been announced officially.
I about cried when I heard that this morning, I was already upset about a million other things. And then they were talking about how Briggs does not want to play for the Chicago Bears Organization, and I do not blame him at all. The management sucks.
...What logic is that? I can see these dolts talking.
Bears Management: Hey jets, you want Thomas jones?
Da Jets: sure, how about we give you our 2 round draft pick?
