Mine would be Adam Sandler! His movies are my favorite movies, he has hilarious songs, great stand up, he's just all around my favorite. But I am a David Spade fan too!
RIP: Trailblazer and Deja Vu...heck, even Alien Encounter :(

Stephen Lynch is the funniest mofo ever. And he has an amazing singing voice. http://www.stephenlynch.com

He's the guy who did the "If I were Gay" song....

Even though I have yet to watch his show, Carlos Mencia. I've heard lots about him and he sounds great. Adam Sandler is great, too.

Why Dane Cook is better than almost everyone you guys mentioned:
Unlike most comedians, Dane Cook does not rely on racial stereotypes to make his jokes funny.
Unlike most comedians, Dane Cook does not rely on the news to make his jokes funny.
Dane Cook's comedy is timeless, and it has a much more personal feel than most comedians I've listened to. He talks about things from relationships, to kool-aid, to dreams, to board games.
Dane Cook runs a routine like a conversation. He doesn't have it all laid out. He tells the joke the audience wants to hear, just like someone in a conversation will tell the story that best fits what was just said.
Don't get me wrong, there are a TON of hilarious comedians out there, but they don't have over a million friends on MySpace for a REASON.
What you don't understand you can make mean anything.

^ And because he doesn't sing, makes him number two to Stephen Lynch.

Carlos Mencia needs to be shot at point blank range.

Wow, no George Carlin? For shame....

Demetri Martin is also the funniest one-liner comedian out there now (RIP Mitch Hedberg)
