I don't think so now, he can't complete a long pass let alone any touchdowns. I hope Rex is ready cause Atlanta is going to do the same thing like the Steelers did to the Bears They will probally stick to Kyle again.
The Packers have had so many injuries that last week they roamed the streets of Baltamore before their Monday night game looking for potiential offenive players. They grabbed the fastest looking gangster and suited him up for the game, once Gado died they threw him in there. It's really more of an experiment than it is a game now.

What the hell just happened? First we get a "roughing the passer" by a shoestring tackle WHILE the QB was throwing the ball, then suddenly a defensive hold by a defensive LINEMAN? That was confusing.
Now we just got offsides while recieving a fieldgoal...and I'm lost.
How much are you Chi-townian's paying these refs?
EDIT: Wow just lost another challenge that looked like a good catch to me. How much else can go wrong?
EDIT AGAIN: I sure hope the second half is better than the first half mistake-wise.

Eaglefan, I hope thats not meant for me - Woddland changed his avatar to match mine. Woodland, what game were you watching? How much football do you watch in a season?

Lineman usually commit holding penalties on both sides of the ball.

Receiving a fieldgoal? There were numerous offside infractions on kickoffs, but no receiving of fieldgoals just yet. (FYI - Nate Vasher only person this year to actually "recieve" a field goal)

We were playing in Lambeau - it was our own refs!
w00dland wrote:EDIT: Wow just lost another challenge that looked like a good catch to me. How much else can go wrong?.
Catch was good - there wasn't enough visual evidence to overturn the original call though, so yeah we got screwed. Welcome to the season.

Nope.
To give an idea of how bad injuries have been for the Packers this year - Our Six string running back, Noah Herron, was hired off of the Steelers practice squad on November 30th. He managed to get his first NFL touchdown though, and he did better than the third stringer Tony Fisher.
Our Punter was a fraggin bartender last week for cripes sake.
And we lost our center this time around. Thank God there's only one game left.
I suppose it could be worse - we could have gotten our arses handed to us by the lowly Cardinals. At least when we lost big it was to one of the good teams with a losing record.
It's the most fun in the park when your laughing in the dark.
Sorry ihauntu, I was very frustrated when I made that post. Obviously the recieving of a field goal should have meant the kickoff. I just don't understand how dumb you have to be to be offsides when you aren't even moving before the ball is kicked anyway.
And to Mr. I root for a team that was completely torn apart by one reciever, quit pushing my buttons.

EagleFan just is expercing a losing season, but there is something he should remember, his team cannot win a Superbowl and probably wont for a very long time, which is good considering the Eagles are cocky. But the Packers are able to win it when they have a chance, when they make the playoffs.
Packers are a much better team than the Eagles, they have had so many injuries, and dont complain about your stupid quaterback at Philly, Packers have had like 5 different running backs. If you look to previous the blowout game to the Packer's point scored and given up differential, it was a ZERO. How does a team with that bad of a record have a zero as their differential? Simple, losing by 2 or 3 points and having bad luck all season long. The Packers also seem to be the only team to be able to move the ball on Chicago's defense, that shows that they have talent and know what they are doing. If the Packers played the Eagles right now, I'd put everything on the Packers.
Universal Orlando Mechanical Engineer Marathon down, Goofy to go.
Dan your NFL knowledge is a joke. How can the Packers be a much better team if Philly beat them, has a better record, and has more injuries? McNabb is a top 3 QB in the league. Packers dont have many injuries other than RB. Javon Walker is basically it. Favre just sucks right now. Before the season I predicted the Packers to go 6-10 and finish in last place. They were gonna suck anyway. But if RB injuries are more than QB, RB, WR, OL, and CB injuries I guess im wrong
But if you want to keep making yourself look stupid, go ahead.
And Eagles play the Packers next year in Philly also, we will make it 5 straight
Btw, the Packers point differential is -52. The first "great" 3-12 team

Looking back there were some funny posts in here. Someone (not gonna say any names ) said Eagles would have the #1 defense . I forgot to realize that our DTs and LBs (except Trotter) suck . Someone also mentioned that hes jumping off the Eagles bandwagon because too many people like the team because of TO. Dont have to worry about that anymore . Someone also said McNabb wasnt as good as Culpepper or McNair
I did this last year with almost no success. But again, I will try to guess the 53-man roster for the Bears several months before the start of the NFL season.
Quarterbacks
1.Rex Grossman (assuming no injury in the preseason)
2. Brian Greise
3. Kyle Orton
Halfbacks
1. Cedric Benson (will be in camp, and has better speed than Jones)
2. Thomas Jones (trade is a possibility)
3. Adrian Peterson
Fullbacks
1. J.D Runnels (fits perfectly with offense, looks to be better than 6th rounder)
2. Jason McKie (faster than Bryan Johnson, and less injury prone)
Wide Receivers
1. Bernard Berrian (Fast and good catcher, should shine in Preseason)
2. Muhsin Muhammad (he should be better than last year)
3. Justin Gage
4. Mark Bradley
5. Airese Currie (could move higher, he's the fastest player on the roster)
Tight Ends
1. Desmond Clark
2. Tim Day (I like him more than Gilmore and Reid)
3. Cooper Wallace (^same)
Tackles
1. John Tait

2. Mark Anderson
