Six Flags Great America's 30-year-old advertising pole sign on the Tri-State Tollway was approved for a modern makeover at Monday's Gurnee Village Board meeting.
The new sign, to feature a 246-square foot video display screen capable of displaying full-motion imagery, is expected to be installed by the end of the year.

I still like the old sign. They just need to fix it up alittle and get rid of the Time-Warner era logo and it will be good again.
