What should replace Deja Vu and Splashwater Falls?

Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

You read my mind. Themepark review stated it was very simular to Maverick, the transitions and low to ground parts. Id personally like to see one of these but the drop has to be big like oakwoods Hydro/knott's Perlious plunge. So somehow add the two together...no launch like atlantis adventure.

I think either a THBS or "Xbox World".... that was mentioned by Shapiro when he took over the company.
Six Flags Ameirca as the number 1 park at SFI.... this is JOKE!

Follow me on this one:

Step 1: Move the kids rides in LTNP to Camp Cartoon or Where Ragin Cajun is (If They aren't planning on getting rid of this with The Dark Knight being added, I give up!!!) or by the Former SSA to Make Thomas Town or Barbie World (Six Flags is rumored to have partnered with Mattel. My sister is 18 and she hates Barbie. Heck, I have 7-8 year old neighbors and they think Wiggle's World is Boring) or Whatever.

Step 2: Install 2 temporary carnival thrill rides where Deja Vu and SWF were to not seem so cheap.

Step 3: In 2009, add a Mega Coaster where Deja Vu and Splashwater Falls were. If we get a dive machine, I just don't want it to be a 1 trick pony. That looks really cheap in my opinion.

Step 4: In the LTNP area, add a collection of Family/ Thrill rides in the area rather new, or from other areas.

Step 5: Add something where Ragin Cajun was or SSA was.

Step 6: Add a Sally Interactive Dark Ride where Trailblazer was and the nearby arcade and theme it to either ACME or Wile E Coyote.

Do not critisize unless you have read all of this! I'm not playing!

But i'm pretty sure were all pretty sure that Thomas Town is going either there or in place of SSA.

I'm prettyhey're gonna get rid of the pool because it's leaking and old.
They WON'T make ANOTHER kiddie ride because they alrwadfy have WW, CCN, and BBNP.

You know, that thought had actually crossed my mind about a week ago, and I was actually surprised that someone on here didn't mention it sooner.

I don't think that it's too far-fetched of an idea that maybe 1 or 2 years down the road, Ragin' Cajun gets removed and sent to another SF park. After all, it sits on a big slab, and it is a portable ride. Further more, as alot of people have said, why have two mouse coasters in one park? Maybe it is SF's plan to eventually move RC elsewhere.

Then again, if that was the case, why not just install TDK in whatever park would have gotten RC and save money on moving a coaster?

Just a thought... :?:
Finally Coaster Season!!

^ Just adding onto the Ragin' Cajun removal idea:

Cajun is supposed to run 8 cars, yet after 4 years, it has never run more than 5. Cajun may not have a lot of downtime, but that still doesn't change the fact that it is a POS ride.

Coasterboy,

I like what you said. That plan could work if there was determination and $$$.

And also instead of another dark ride in TB area, i was thinking sell the games in the sh!ty arcade there and make that a year-round haunted house.

Ragin' Cajun is a great coaster. I have so much fun on it...its intense when its spins so much you cant move. Its so fun & kids/families realize that too. Ragin cajun has one of the longest lines in the park. I hate that packed zigzaggy line. Its always full. But that means it attracts people...why get rid of an attractionn that pulls in guests, no matter its size?

...oh, and maybe in the future well have a 4d of some kind thatll attract US more.

There are definitely no plans to remove Ragin' Cajun and we are working on ways to improve its hourly capacity.

Why keep it when Dark Knight will probably have more capacity, climate controlled, and less maintenance?

Btw, can anyone explain to me why Dark Knight is only going to have 5 cars and not 10 like Hersheypark's?

Because its popular, well known, reliable, low maintenance, and does something that Dark Night doesn't do (Spin).

TDK cars have arrived on site at SFGAdv and there are 10 of them, and the capacity is listed as 32, aka 8 on 2 spares.
