I figured some of you peeps that visit SFGAm frequently or every once in awhile would like to know about other attractions in the area.1. Volo Auto Museum. This is recognized as the worlds largest indoor auto museum. Located about 10 miles west of SFGAm. If you like cars of new and old, this is the place to check out.http://www.volocars.com/2. Gurnee Mills. One of the largest outlet malls in the country. Near SFGAm.http://www.gurneemills.com/index2.html3. Onan's Pyramid house. Located about 3 miles north of SFGAm, experience a pyramid house themed to the Egyptian setting. Cool attraction.http://www.goldpyramid.com/shop/about.htm4. Illinois Beach State Park. Located about 6 miles east of SFGAm. If you want to camp during your park visit, this is the place to be. Located about 5 miles south of SFGAm off of I-94. A place designed for mentally handicapped individuals to enrich their lives through employment and housing opportunities. There's some rich people that live in my area and some of them are very crazy. There is this one man that built a bell tower in his side yard for 1.2 million dollars ( it's really huge) and he has a big house. There are gargoyles and what not. I don't think a pyramid house is out of the picture.
I wish I had 1.2 million $$$. I think I would build myself a giant swimming pool, at least 20 feet deep on one end. It would have the worlds steepest slide go into it too! With leftover money, I would buy a tilt-a-whirl! I love those things!
