To get a new Park on the former location of Astroworld. If the park actually gets built what rides do you think will get built? Will they sell it to Six Flags if it becomes popular enough?

Astroworld was profitable, it should have never been demolished.

Rebuild.

and build a statue of Travis Scott in the front of the park. That man LOVED that park, and even in fame and fortune, he never forgot his roots!
