Talk about anything that has to do with the amusement park industry here.

Just listened to Coaster Radio's Holiday Gift Guide show and the crazy expensive gift this year is Donley's Wild West Town in Union Il. Is this real? Has this park been suffering?

I gotta say, for only $7 Million, that is quite cheap for an amusement park.

Yeah, pretty good price for the museum and the few rides they have. Kind of funny that they specifically state that you don't get any people with the park.

My jaw dropped when I saw the title of the thread

I really enjoyed my visit to the park back in April or May 2013 (Can't remember). Great scenery, good looking food (Didn't try any myself except for some lunch stuff and popsicles they gave us, haha), and a nice collection of family attractions. The train ride was especially nice. The museum was nice, too, my class was actually locked in that jail cell XD.

Hope the park can find a new owner

Sadly I don't think this park will be bought, and if it was it won't be an abundant amount of business, due to sfgam. Again I haven't been here but that's what I would assume...correct me if I am wrong tho
