How do you put pictures into a topic. I have great pictures I would love to show people.

When you reply, hit the "Img" tag and then paste the url of the picture inbetween.

If you just want to post a bunch of pics, I would suggest going to the User Control Panel and then hit manage personal albums.

If you want to, you can also go to a site such as photobucket and upload them there, then paste the url as Chitown said.
