Two Questions

Hey, I have two questions for you all.


1 : Can anyone give me full instructions of how to add an avatar.

2 : How do I change my background for the forums? (I am getting so tired of hearing fright fest and thunder.)

1. you go to your profile, go to avatar settings and pic your avatar then press select avatar.
2. you cant change the backround, its the frightfest theme till the adiman(sp) chages it.
