ahhh, the BLUE KANGAROO. he did not ACTUALLY win that money, it went towards a scholarship and yes the ride is pitifull to a horrendous extenet.
the rides is extremely unrealistic and just down right wrong. I think if that won a 100,000 scholarship one of us would win a billion dollar scholarship!
I thought it was crap.

me too. I wish someone would have told me about this. I have hundreds of coasters betrter than that.

OMFG!!!!!!! that was the sorriest piece of s**t i've ever seen! Even though hes 10, i cant help but laugh.
here are the things i saw that were all off.... started WAAAAAAAAy to high. had a high drop even before the main lift hill had absoulutly NO scenery, themeing, it didnt even fit the name uncovered station inversions in the wrong spots and was just plain bad!!!!! I have a coaster i built for the contest buit couldnt put it in the thing because i couldnt posts screens 'cause it was ion my other comp. YEA!!!! THREE MONTHS TO GO!!!!!!!
My guess is that they picked a random winner from the people that entered.

That ride is horrible, I knew about this, I should have put some of mine in there, cause all of my coasters, including the bad ones are 1000 times better than that.

well if you have rct3, there was a little slip of paper in the boxes the first couple of months it was out that told you all about the contest.

Yea, good plan poorly executed. I hope they have another one with stricter basics such as, 1. have some intrest in what the money will be used for (i think the rules said the money will be for college in some sort of coaster area?) 2. MUST HAVE SCENERY! 3. must have some sort of theme(even generic [like VU]) 4. YOU MUST KNOW WTF YOU"RE DOING! 5. have to be at least 13 because, face it, thats when we get mature and take pride in our work and know what we're doing (if your under 13, NO OFFENSE) YEA!!!! THREE MONTHS TO GO!!!!!!!

From being one of the class geeks in 8th grade to one of the most noticable ones in High School. Thats what you call "Steppin Yo Game Up!"
so even if it's ok for a ten year old, it still shouldn't have won...just typed this on my PSP,...
i just saw this and i must say i somewhat want to design coasters...but if that can win $100,000 then my coasters will go down in history...and i must say i'm not to happy with what i've so far built
